People buy from people they like & that they feel they have things in common with. If you appear as an expert, you communicate & listen well you’ll gain a clients trust. If you appear awkward, unconfident & shady, people will be turned off buying.
You need to build trust that the product is actually going to work for them and their needs.
The client needs to be able to trust that your business is actually reputable & know’s what it’s doing.
