Background
The Reg Card is a hospitality-driven rewards program built around the idea of elevating travel through personalized experiences and community-first values. Rooted in the principle of goodwill, the platform connects members with a curated network of hotels while rewarding positive behavior with exclusive perks and tailored stays.
Challenge
We were tasked with translating a hospitality-centric rewards concept into a functional digital ecosystem. This required building a structured database with tiered memberships, dynamic hotel partnerships, and a seamless login experience—balancing brand storytelling with complex user functionality.
Solution
We designed and developed a custom website platform featuring a robust membership portal, reward tracking system, and integrated hotel accommodations management. Working alongside backend developers, we delivered a scalable infrastructure that supports tier unlocks, user personalization, and a frictionless hospitality experience across the network.

Brand identity
The Reg Card brand identity was developed to reflect a refined, hospitality-first experience rooted in trust, personalization, and elevated travel. The visual and messaging system balances warmth and sophistication, creating a cohesive brand that resonates across digital platforms and member interactions.

Brand colors
Integrity, Freedom, Refinement, Guidance & Protection – all of which symbolizes the values of The Reg Card. These colors are true to the personality we are crafting and will be incorporated in all segments of the project. The secondary color palette will pop on the branding materials, to segment the different branding materials.


Content and production
Content and photography were crafted around a hospitality-driven lifestyle, capturing the experience of resort living and elevated travel through refined, cinematic visuals. This direction was extended into a promotional video for the rewards card, bringing the brand to life through motion and storytelling.
